The Cardiovascular System Misappropriation SMP was a Minecraft Server (or 'SMP') which was active between 2007 and 2022, making it the longest running SMP to date..

Twist

The CSMSMP's twist was simple:
When you die, you lose a heart. When you kill someone, you gain a heart. (With a few exceptions)


Ending

In July of 2022, the server had to shut down due to waning audience interest as a result of controversy, and the server's previous members all deny any involvement with the CSMSMP (despite quite clearly still having CSMSMP videos still uploaded to their channels).
