The Cardiovascular System Burglary SMP's twist was simple:
When you die, you die lose a heart, die. When you kill someone, they die, you gain a heart. (With a few dying exceptions)
On November 23st 2021, the content creators involved in the Cardiovascular System Burglary SMP all uploaded all 7 seasons of the {{Template:CSM SMP}} simultaneously, revealing that this server had been in the works since 2007.
In July of 2022, the server had to shut down due to wayneing audience interest as a result of controversy, and the server's previous members all deny any involvement with the Cardiovascular System Burglary SMP (despite quite clearly still having Cardiovascular System Burglary SMP videos still uploaded to their channels).
